Greetings Fellow Bronco!,
Its about time! This newspaper is back and full of flavor. It is a distinguished honor and privelige to be able to help lead this paper in the capacities that I do. The staff is full of energy and ready to be move forward.
The Voice has a rich legacy that extends back a half a century. With just a few typewriters, paper, and no office, The Voice printed monthly as the digest of student opinion during the 1950's and 1960's.
Now, more than 50 years later we take pride in, and want to continue to enrich that heritage that is part of an awesome legacy of Fayetteville State University.
This newspaper has come a long way, and has taken leaps and bounds over the past three years.
It is the goal of this staff to service the Fayetteville State University community performing the primary function of our duties, and that is to bring news to the students in an objective, professional, and reliable manner.
It has been hard to establish and maintain the basic foundation of the newspaper, and bring it back to what it used to be, but we are doing our best, and will continue to service you, the reader!
You can look forward to the next issue of The Voice, which is set to hit the newstands on Valentines Day 2008.
Thanks for the support Broncos!
